1. Purpose / วัตถุประสงค์

EN — This policy explains how a business, an individual, or an authorised representative can ask SiamNode to correct, hide from public view, or delete information in a Listing, and how SiamNode handles such requests under the PDPA. It applies to both unclaimed and claimed Listings.

2. Your Rights / สิทธิของท่าน

EN — Under the PDPA you may, among other rights, request to: rectify inaccurate or incomplete data; object to the processing of your data; restrict processing; and erase / de‑identify your data. A request to be removed from public listing is treated as an objection / opt‑out, and where applicable an erasure request.

3. What You Can Request / สิ่งที่ท่านสามารถร้องขอได้

EN — You may ask us to: (a) correct specific information (e.g., name, hours, contact); (b) remove the Listing from public view (opt‑out); or (c) delete the personal data we hold about the Listing, subject to Section 6.

4. How to Make a Request / วิธีการยื่นคำขอ

EN — Send your request to [CONTACT EMAIL] (or use the in‑product form, where available). Please include: the Listing name and link; what you want done (correct / hide / delete); and enough information for us to verify your identity or authority to make the request (for a business, evidence that you represent it). We may ask for additional verification to protect against fraudulent requests.

5. Our Process and Timeline / กระบวนการและกรอบเวลาของเรา

EN — We will acknowledge your request, verify it, and take appropriate action without undue delay and within any period required by the PDPA. If we cannot fully act on a request, we will explain why and tell you about your right to complain.

6. Scope and Limits / ขอบเขตและข้อจำกัด

EN — When we remove a Listing from public view, we will stop displaying it and, on a valid opt‑out, will not re‑list the same business from public sources. We may, however, retain a limited record where necessary to comply with law, exercise or defend legal claims, keep security/audit logs, or where another lawful basis applies. Such retained records are not displayed publicly.

EN — For unclaimed Listings we display area‑level location only and withhold the full street address and precise coordinates. For claimed Listings, the Provider can edit or remove most information directly in its dashboard, in addition to using this policy.

EN — If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand.
