1. What This Is / นี่คืออะไร

EN — By giving this consent, you (the business or its authorised representative) agree that [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("SiamNode") may display a public Listing for your business on the SiamNode service. This is a simple consent to be listed — it is not a paid subscription and it is not a full account claim (claiming a Listing is a separate step governed by the Provider Agreement).

EN — You consent to SiamNode displaying factual business information you provide or confirm, which may include: business name, category, the area/locality where you operate, contact details you choose to provide, opening hours, a short description, and (optionally) photos and a map location. You confirm that you are authorised to provide this information and that it is accurate.
