1. What This Is / นี่คืออะไร
EN — By giving this consent, you (the business or its authorised representative) agree that SIAM FLOW 24 CO., LTD. ("SiamNode") may display a public Listing for your business on the SiamNode service. This is a simple consent to be listed — it is not a paid subscription and it is not a full account claim (claiming a Listing is a separate step governed by the Provider Agreement).
TH — เมื่อให้ความยินยอมนี้ ท่าน (ธุรกิจหรือผู้แทนที่ได้รับมอบอำนาจ) ตกลงให้ บริษัท สยาม โฟลว์ 24 จำกัด ("SiamNode") แสดงรายการสาธารณะของธุรกิจท่านบนบริการ SiamNode นี่เป็นเพียงความยินยอมให้แสดงรายการ — ไม่ใช่การสมัครสมาชิกแบบเสียค่าใช้จ่าย และไม่ใช่การยืนยันสิทธิ์บัญชีเต็มรูปแบบ (การยืนยันสิทธิ์ในรายการเป็นขั้นตอนแยกต่างหากภายใต้ ข้อตกลงสำหรับผู้ให้บริการ)
2. What You Consent To / สิ่งที่ท่านยินยอม
EN — You consent to SiamNode displaying factual business information you provide or confirm, which may include: business name, category, the area/locality where you operate, contact details you choose to provide, opening hours, a short description, and (optionally) photos and a map location. You confirm that you are authorised to provide this information and that it is accurate.
TH — ท่านยินยอมให้ SiamNode แสดงข้อมูลธุรกิจเชิงข้อเท็จจริงที่ท่านให้หรือยืนยัน ซึ่งอาจรวมถึง: ชื่อธุรกิจ หมวดหมู่ พื้นที่/ย่านที่ท่านดำเนินกิจการ ข้อมูลติดต่อที่ท่านเลือกให้ เวลาทำการ คำอธิบายสั้น และ (ตามที่เลือก) รูปภาพและตำแหน่งบนแผนที่ ท่านยืนยันว่าท่านมีอำนาจให้ข้อมูลนี้และข้อมูลถูกต้อง

EN — We use this information to display your Listing and to help users discover, compare, and contact your business. SiamNode is an information and discovery service and is not a marketplace — we do not take commissions and are not a party to any transaction between you and a customer. Our full data practices are in our Privacy Policy.

4. Legal Basis and Withdrawal / ฐานทางกฎหมายและการถอนความยินยอม
EN — This processing is based on your consent under the PDPA. You may withdraw your consent at any time, which will lead to removal of the Listing from public view (subject to limited lawful retention as described in our Removal & Opt‑Out Policy). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
